Scope of Application: This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to all original creators (hereinafter referred to as "Creators") participating in the Subscription Plan within the SeaArt platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").
Prerequisites for Admission: Before applying for the Subscription Plan, Creators must ensure they have completed all necessary tax registrations, filings, and information reporting procedures (including but not limited to obtaining tax registration certificates, verifying taxpayer identity, and filing for invoicing qualifications) in accordance with the tax regulations of their domicile, habitual residence, or place of tax liability. For matters not covered herein, the Platform reserves the right to issue supplementary instructions via internal messages or system notifications. Such supplements shall take effect upon publication and hold the same legal force as this Agreement.
Onboarding: Creators complete the onboarding process by reading and confirming their compliance with this Agreement and Platform rules through the designated online entry point.
Service Selection: When publishing models or applications after onboarding, Creators may choose whether to include them in the subscription service. If included, Creators must provide compliance information such as subscription price and cycle as required by the Platform.
Compliance Review: The Platform reserves the right to review onboarding qualifications and the products included in the subscription. If a submission fails to meet requirements, the Creator may resubmit after rectification.

Handling Measures:
Depending on the severity, the Platform may:
Appeals: Creators may appeal a violation decision within 7 calendar days of notification. The Platform will complete the review within 15 calendar days and notify the Creator of the result.
General Principle: Subscription services are generally non-refundable. If a refund is granted under Platform policy, the Creator's share will be deducted proportionally (e.g., if $100 is refunded, $70 is deducted from the Creator).
Breach-related Refunds: If a refund is caused by the Creator's breach (e.g., failure to update, model deletion), 100% of the refund amount will be deducted from the Creator's unsettled earnings. The Platform reserves the right of recourse if unsettled earnings are insufficient.
